It can bake product at a set level between 150 and 570 degrees Fahrenheit, and a guard around the knobs prevents accidental temperature changes. When the 120-minute timer runs out, the heat automatically switches off, preventing product from overcooking. When staff are retrieving product, the door stays relatively cool so users do not burn themselves. The clear door and interior light help when users are monitoring cooking food, while the coved-corner stainless steel interior does not catch spills and can be quickly cleaned.
